Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking motivated individuals to join our ABA team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). We offer part-time opportunities and will assist you through the RBT certification process, supporting your growth in pediatric ABA therapy.

You will provide one-on-one, play-based ABA services under supervision, helping children with autism develop communication, daily living skills, and social abilities. Starting pay is $18.00–$21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Completed High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, play-based ABA therapy sessions.
• Track patient progress by collecting data and documenting outcomes.
• Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision.
• Communicate professionally with families and clinical management.
• Assist patients with daily living skills.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions.
• Obtain RBT Certification within the first 60 days of employment.
