Aim Higher ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. This role focuses on one-to-one ABA therapy with children in home, daycare, and school settings, under supervision by experienced BCBAs.

Qualifications

• RBT license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as an RBT in homes, daycares, and community school settings.
• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs.
• Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients.
• Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned.
