Hand Over Hand LLC in New Jersey seeks an RBT/BT to deliver 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings, under supervision of BCBAs, helping clients develop communication and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Active RBT certification required or within first 4 months for BT track.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision using evidence-based strategies.
• Help clients develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Accurately collect data, document sessions, and communicate progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, caregivers, and teachers to ensure high-quality care.
