Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy for children with autism. You will work in home, school, or clinic settings under BCBA supervision, delivering applied behavior analysis programs and collecting data to guide progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to travel to settings as needed.
• Well-organized and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols.
• Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life.
• Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team.
• Work directly with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings.
