Job summary

Giving Growth Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children in home, school, and community settings. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and help collect data, track progress, and communicate with families.

In-person roles with weekday and weekend shifts; benefits include PTO accrual, paid RBT training, ongoing professional development, BCBA support. Must hold RBT and CPR certifications; driving with reliable transport required; CentralReach

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with autism a plus.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Experience with CentralReach is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and track progress.
• Communicate with families and supervisors on learner progress.
• Participate in training and maintain RBT certification.
• Work directly within CentralReach for session notes and treatment plans.
