A compassionate autism therapy provider in Minnesota is looking for an entry-level or experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field preferred for entry level BT roles, Psychology degree helpful.
• Available Monday – Friday from 7:45am – 4:30pm.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for our teammates and patients.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record data on an iPad on patient progress and behavior.
• Build rapport and establish a positive, therapeutic relationship with patients.

Skills

Experience with children

Physical endurance (standing, walking, etc.)

Education
