Job summary

My Team ABA in Georgia is hiring Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children in home and community settings. We offer full training for newcomers and room for growth, including a no-cost 40-hour RBT training course and step-by-step guidance toward RBT certification.

We emphasize dependability, a positive attitude, and excellent English communication. A background check and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school Diploma or College Degree required.
• RBT 40-hour training is required prior to working with a client.
• One year experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Dependability: Consistency and reliability are crucial for the individual's success.
• Knowledge of Autism and related behavioral interventions preferred.
• Integrity: You must perform your role with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
• Positivity & Patience: It's all about a positive attitude!
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Background Check: Willing to have background check completed.
• Transportation: Must have a reliable car and driver's license for commuting to the home of clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home or community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and individualized treatment plans for children aged 2–21.
• Conduct trials, natural environment teaching, and use varied reinforcement methods.
• Collect behavior and skill data during sessions and enter into EMR daily.
• Collaborate with clinical team and BCBA for therapy procedures.
• Maintain open communication with BCBA, team, directors, and families.
