Job summary

My Team ABA in Georgia is seeking Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children in the home and community settings. We provide full training for newcomers and ample room for growth in your career.

Qualifications

• Education: High school Diploma or College Degree.
• RBT 40-hour training is required prior to working with a client.
• Experience: 1 year as ABA therapist or work with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Dependability: Consistency and reliability are crucial.
• Knowledge: Autism and related behavioral interventions preferred.
• Integrity: Professional and ethical conduct required.
• Positivity and patience: Positive attitude essential.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Background check: Willing to complete background check.
• Transportation: Reliable car and driver's license for commuting.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home or community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans for children 2–21.
• Conduct trials, natural environment teaching, and skill-building activities.
• Collect data and enter into EMR daily.
• Collaborate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training.
• Work with a BCBA to implement ABA procedures.
• Maintain open communication with families and supervisors.
• Receive supervision from a BCBA at minimum 5% of services.
• Maintain professional boundaries and BACB ethical compliance.
• Resolve conflicts professionally and seek supervisor guidance.
