My Team ABA in Georgia is seeking Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home and community settings. Full training is provided, and we support RBT certification with a 40-hour course at no cost.

We value dependability, positive attitudes, and strong communication in English. Eligible candidates will have a high school diploma or college degree, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or College Degree required.
• RBT 40-hour training required prior to working with a client.
• One year experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Dependability and consistency are crucial for success.
• English written and verbal communication is essential.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
• Must have a reliable car and driver's license for commuting to clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavior interventions and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Conduct discrete trials and natural environment teaching.
• Collect behavior and skill data and enter into EMR daily.
• Collaborate with a BCBA and participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to BACB Ethical Code for RBTs.
• Maintain proactive communication with supervisors for feedback.
