Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with children in homes, schools, and communities. You will follow a BCBA-approved plan, collect data, and implement behavior strategies, with ongoing mentorship from a dedicated BCBA.

This in-person role offers flexible full- or part-time schedules, a clear path toward BCBA certification, and potential training reimbursement as you gain hands-on experience with our network of ABA therapists.

Qualifikationen

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Path toward BCBA mentorship and certification.
• Ability to work with children in homes, schools, and communities.
• Must be 18+, HS diploma, and able to pass a background check.

Aufgaben

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-approved plan and implement behavior strategies.
• Collect data and track progress to inform treatment.
• Maintain close collaboration with BCBA and families.
