Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work in clients' homes, schools, and communities, providing one-on-one ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and build strong relationships with children and families.

Roles offer in-person work, flexibility to start with or without current RBT certification, and clear paths toward BCBA; mentorship is provided to support certification and career growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or plan to earn one.
• Clear path to becoming an RBT with a BCBA mentor from day one.
• Training reimbursement and paid hands-on learning while earning certification.
• Support to prepare for and sit for the certification exam.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-created plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
• Build consistent, trusting relationships to help kids grow; BCBA will be closely involved.
