Job summary

Alpaca Health seeks dedicated RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities. You will follow a BCBA-designed plan, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build trusting relationships with families.

We offer mentorship from a BCBA, opportunities to advance toward BCBA certification, and flexible full-time or part-time schedules with availability across mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Competitive hourly pay ranging from $20 to $27.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Experience in education, childcare, psychology, social work, or related roles.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.
• Ability to lift ~50 lbs and stay physically active.
• Must be 18+ years old and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a personalized plan from a BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data.
• Build consistent relationships to help kids grow; BCBA is closely involved.
