Job summary

Tellos, Inc. is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision in clients' homes. You will collect data, participate in assessments, and deliver direct therapy to help improve skills and quality of life.

The role requires at least 6 months’ experience with autism or developmental disabilities, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check. Join a compassionate team dedicated to client well-being.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred or required.
• Minimum 6 months experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping improve clients’ lives.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB guidelines.
