Action Behavior Centers in Midland, TX is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow treatment plans, collect data, and help kids learn through play while staying active throughout sessions.

The role offers predictable daytime hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) with optional Saturdays, competitive hourly pay, and paid RBT certification after hire. Growth opportunities exist within ABC.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required or willingness to obtain within 20 days of hire.
• Minimum age 18+ with a high school diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
