Job summary

My Team ABA is seeking Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in clients' homes and community settings. We provide comprehensive training, including the RBT 40-hour course at no cost for the right candidates, and a clear growth path toward BCBA certification.

A reliable car and driver's license are required for commuting to client homes. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or college degree, strong English communication, dependability, and a positive, patient attitude.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or College Degree required.
• RBT 40-hour training required prior to working with a client.
• One year experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Dependability and reliability are crucial for success.
• Knowledge of Autism and related behavioral interventions preferred.
• Integrity and professionalism are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home or community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and individualized treatment plans for children aged 2–21.
• Conduct discrete trials and natural environment teaching with various reinforcement methods.
• Collect behavior and skill data during sessions and enter into EMR daily.
• Collaborate with a BCBA and participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training.
• Maintain open communication with BCBA, other RBT team members, clinical directors, and families.
