Job summary

My Team ABA is seeking Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children in home and community settings. We offer full training for newcomers and growth opportunities, including RBT certification courses at no cost.

Competitive pay, medical/vision/dental, 401k, and 3 weeks PTO for full-time staff, plus ongoing training and career growth support. RBT 40-hour training is required before working with clients; education can be a high school diploma or college degree.

Qualifications

• RBT 40-hour training required prior to working with a client
• One year experience as ABA therapist or with children with disabilities preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Reliable and punctual with strong integrity and professionalism
• Willingness to undergo background check and have a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home or community settings
• Implement behavior plans and conduct discrete trials and natural environment teaching
• Collect data on behavior and skills and enter into EMR daily
• Collaborate with BCBA and clinical team for ongoing training
• Maintain open communication with families and supervisors
• Receive supervision from a BCBA at minimum 5% of services
• Manage boundaries and adhere to BACB Ethical Compliance Code
