My Team ABA is hiring Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children in the home and community settings. We offer full training, including a no-cost RBT 40-hour course, and growth opportunities toward BCBA.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or college degree required.
• RBT 40-hour training required prior to working with a client.
• Experience: One year as an ABA therapist or one year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Dependability: Consistency and reliability are crucial for success.
• Knowledge of Autism and related behavioral interventions preferred.
• Integrity: Perform role with integrity and professionalism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Background check required.
• Transportation: Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home or community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and individualized treatment plans for children ages 2–21.
• Conduct discrete trials and natural environment teaching.
• Collect data daily and enter into EMR.
• Collaborate with clinical team and BCBA for ABA procedures.
• Maintain open communication with BCBA, team and families.
