Achieve Behavior Alliance Plus is looking for a compassionate Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Columbus, Indiana. This role involves direct one-on-one support and implementing strategies under BCBA supervision.

The ideal candidate will start at $30.00 per hour, with flexible scheduling and certification training available for the right individual. Key responsibilities include data collection, evidence-based interventions, and maintaining compliance with ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• RBT certification preferred, but training will be provided.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Implement individualized strategies from the behavior support plan.
• Collect and record behavioral and skill acquisition data.
