Blossom ABA Therapy in Virginia seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in a pediatric ABA setting. You will work closely with BCBA clinicians to implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to monitor progress.

This role offers part-time afternoon hours with potential to grow into full-time, plus benefits including PTO and a 401k. You will provide family education and support while ensuring a safe, structured environment for clients with autism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA therapy or a related field.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and treatment plans designed by BCBA investigators.
• Collect and record data on client behavior to inform treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain a safe and organized therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Provide ongoing support and education to families and caregivers.
