Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience or related field.
• RBT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
