Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Team-oriented; may support other ABC clinics if needed.

Responsibilities

• One-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
