Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism in Arlington, TX is hiring a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 8 years. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and support development through play-based activities in a structured, supportive clinic setting.

Position is full-time with stable day hours, starting immediately.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and assist with positioning during therapy.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
