Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma.
• Willingness to obtain paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain active pace with children.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
