Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, one-to-one ABA services to children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, follow an individualized treatment plan, collect data, and help clients build meaningful skills.

Responsibilities include direct service delivery in various settings, data collection, and collaboration with caregivers and staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned service locations.
• Ability to work the schedule listed and perform essential functions, with or without accommodation.
• Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete timely session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
