Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC in North Carolina is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA services to children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implement treatment plans, collect data, and help clients build meaningful skills.

The role involves delivering services in home, school, clinic, or community settings, traveling to cases, and maintaining professional communication with families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology or related fields is helpful.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to service locations.
• Ability to work the listed schedule and perform essential functions.
• Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in the setting identified for the assigned case, which may include a home, school, clinic, or community setting.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete clear, timely session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
