Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated ABA professional to provide 1:1 services across homes, schools, and community settings. You will implement play-based, evidence-based strategies, following plans crafted by Clinical Leaders to develop communication, socialization, and daily living skills.

Role involves collaborating with senior clinicians, participating in joint sessions, and assisting with documentation and training needs while engaging with diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or closely related field as required.
• Experience pathway: 2+ years in behavior modification or 1+ year plus 12 units in ABA, or BCaBA.
• Reliable transportation and ability to complete training, documentation and role requirements.
• Vaccination proof (MMR, Varicella, COVID as CA mandated).
• Comfort working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services using play-based, evidence-based strategies.

Job description

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines, or a closely related field: Psychology, Child Development, Childhood Education, Special Education, or Pediatric Therapy (Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy)
• One of the following experience pathways: 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services, or 1+ year of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services and 12 semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis, or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to complete training, documentation, and physical requirements of the role
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated)
• Comfort working with diverse populations
