Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an ABA professional to deliver 1:1 services in homes, schools, and community settings in California. You will follow treatment plans from Clinical Leaders while supporting communication, socialization, and daily living skills.

You'll collaborate with senior clinicians, participate in joint sessions, assist with documentation and fidelity, and contribute to parent education and team learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Child Development, or related field.
• One of: 2+ years' behavior modification experience; or 1+ year + 12 ABA units; or BCaBA.
• Reliable transportation and ability to meet role requirements.
• Proof of vaccinations as CA mandates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines, or a closely related field: Psychology, Child Development, Childhood Education, Special Education, or Pediatric Therapy (Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy)
• One of the following experience pathways: 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services, or 1+ year of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services and 12 semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis, or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to complete training, documentation, and physical requirements of the role
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated)
• Comfort working with diverse populations
