Job summary

Jobtailor in New Mexico is seeking a dedicated ABA professional to support children's communication, social, and life skills through home-based and community sessions. You will follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders and celebrate milestones with families.

Ideal candidates have ABA experience, flexibility for afternoons/evenings and weekends, and are comfortable with documentation and training requirements. Vaccination proof and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis).
• Telehealth/Virtual experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, especially Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Proof of MMR, Varicella, and COVID vaccinations.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand and keep pace with the client.
