Job summary

Giving Growth Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children and families in home, school, and community settings. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and collect data to track progress.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with autism is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are required.
• In-person work locations (home/school/community).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and track progress.
• Communicate with families and supervisors on learner progress.
• Participate in training and maintain RBT certification.
• Use CentralReach for session notes and treatment plans.
