Qualifications

• Valid RBT Certification.
• Experience in behavioral therapy with students with developmental disabilities.
• At least 1 year with children/adults with special needs or in a classroom/education setting.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with students, 1:1 or classroom settings.
• Assist with toileting, 1:1 care, non-verbal support, and challenging behaviors.
• Foster a safe, nurturing learning environment and follow lead educators.
