Job summary

Supportive Care ABA is hiring an energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 support for children in home and community settings. You will help develop essential life and communication skills under BCBA supervision, with focus on compassionate, evidence-based care.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22–$28 and a $200 sign-on bonus, plus benefits like 401(k) matching, PTO, health insurance, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification preferred (we can help you get certified)
• Passion for working with children
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (required)
• Proficiency in data collection methods to track client progress effectively
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable personality
• Ability to follow clinical direction and collect accurate data

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living
• Assist with behavior management strategies
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and clinical teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Help create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
