Headway ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team to provide in-home, school, and community ABA support for children with autism. You will work 1:1 with clients and implement treatment plans under a BCBA's direction, helping develop communication, social, and adaptive living skills.

Applicants must hold an Active RBT certification, have a High School Diploma (relevant college coursework preferred), reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and a commitment to

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma (relevant college degree and coursework preferred).
• Desire to work with children and experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Candidate must have a clean driving record and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsabilités

• Work 1:1 with patients in the home, school, and community settings.
• Consistently implement treatment plans with fidelity (under BCBA direction) and prepare program materials; treatment protocols that include a wide variety of domains such as toilet training, communication, social, and adaptive living skills.
• Adhere to time and attendance policies and maintain a record, in good standing, of regular and reliable attendance and punctuality, to provide quality and consistent patient care.
• Adhere to Headway ABA policies and procedures.
