Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to support children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings, delivering individualized 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision.

You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA teams and families to drive meaningful progress while maintaining a safe, positive environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligible to obtain it.
• HS diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill programs.
• Collect real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
