Blue Gems ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, and a genuine passion for helping children and families. The role emphasizes reliable transportation and strong communication to ensure consistent progress and family

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a BA/BS in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on client progress.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
