Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with ASD in home settings. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and maintain detailed session notes while working under the supervision of a BCBA.

Flexible hours with the potential for growth and a supportive team culture; candidates must have a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and be prepared to travel up to 25% to serve

Qualifications

• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
• Clear and effective verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to collaborate with supervising BCBA and support staff.
• Valid state ID and reliable transportation to commute to locations.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and submit session notes.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors during sessions.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license for travel to locations.
• Other duties as assigned.
