Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children diagnosed with ASD. You will deliver direct 1:1 sessions in home or clinic environments, following individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.

You must have or be pursuing RBT certification, possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, and be prepared to work Monday through Friday with possible weekend shifts and up to 25%

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license to commute to locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Up to 25% travel between locations.
