Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work 1:1 in home or clinic settings with supervision from a BCBA and participate in ongoing trainings.

A vehicle and driver's license are required to commute to multiple locations in the Baltimore area. The role offers flexible hours and growth opportunities within a supportive team dedicated to helping children reach their

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, including verbal and written.
• The ability to communicate with families, peers and supervisors.
• Valid state ID and reliable transportation to commute.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and submit session notes.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute to locations.
• Other duties as assigned.
