Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, or clinic settings under BCBA supervision. You will implement plans, collect progress data, and support skill development, ensuring consistent, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs
• Collect accurate data using clinical software
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment for sessions
