Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role emphasizes direct client work, adherence to treatment plans by supervisors, and consistent data collection.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Must have a valid state ID.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to locations.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute to locations.
• Other duties as assigned.
