Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role emphasizes direct 1:1 support in home or clinic settings, with supervision from a BCBA and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities include data collection, treatment plan implementation, and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication.
The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
Valid state identification card.
Reliable transportation.
Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.
Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
Data collection and session note submission.
Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments.
Other duties as assigned.
