Crimson Heights Behavioral Health in Cedar City, UT is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 and small group ABA therapy under supervision. You will support clients in building communication, emotional regulation, social skills, and daily living abilities while maintaining a calm, compassionate presence in a structured day treatment setting.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
6–12 months experience with individuals with autism or related behavioral challenges preferred.
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in sociology, psychology, social work or human services preferred.
RBT certification is a plus and starting rate may be higher if held.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small group ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
Support skill-building in communication, emotional regulation, social interaction, and daily living skills.
Document observations and progress accurately for treatment planning.
Engage in daily routines, outings, and community activities as part of treatment goals.
