Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA and using positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, plus a quarterly bonus of $500, holiday pay, travel/mileage reimbursement, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience in ABA therapy settings.
• Willingness to travel for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
