Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school, or community settings on a part-time basis. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans, use positive reinforcement, and collect data to monitor progress under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology/Education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
