Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. The role involves implementing ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, collecting progress data, and collaborating with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.

Part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with flexible scheduling, travel locally, and opportunities for career growth

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology/Education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
