Job summary

Best ABA in Massachusetts is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA sessions in home, clinic, and community settings. The role emphasizes forming real, playful relationships with children and collaborating closely with BCBAs to implement treatment plans.

You must hold an active RBT certification, be 18+, have a high school diploma, and be comfortable working with children with Autism.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB required.
• 18 years or older required.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Experience and ability to work with children with Autism.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance (or consistent alternate transportation) required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs required.
• Must be able to assume various postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting on the floor, etc.) for extended periods.
• Must be able to work with clients in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA sessions in home, clinic, and community settings.
• Carry out treatment plans in close collaboration with your BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and graph progress to guide clinical decisions.
• Bring your experience to building strong, playful relationships with each client.
