Building Essential Skills Together, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA services in home, clinic, and community settings in Massachusetts. You will deliver structured sessions, collect data, and collaborate with a BCBA to implement treatment plans.

The role emphasizes creating engaging, playful interactions with children with Autism. Requires active RBT certification, 18+ years, a High School Diploma/GED, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience and ability to work with children with Autism.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance (or consistent alternate transportation).
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to assume various postures for extended periods.
• Must be able to work with clients in a home setting.
• Accommodations available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1:1 ABA sessions in home, clinic, and community settings.
• Carry out treatment plans in close collaboration with your BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and graph progress to guide clinical decisions.
• Bring experience to building strong, playful relationships with each client.
