Job summary

Producers Midstream Management LLC seeks an Integrity Engineer to lead the RBI program and drive reliability across all company plants. This role coordinates with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to ensure timely inspections, PSV testing, ESD checks, and proactive maintenance planning in a demanding midstream environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of RBI principles, mechanical integrity, asset integrity, and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
• Inspection and maintenance requirements for pressure vessels, piping, tanks, PSV, ESD systems, rotating equipment and related assets.
• Familiarity with API/ASME standards and risk-based inspection concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RBI program for pressure equipment, piping, tanks, and plant assets.
• Create and manage RBI records, inspection schedules, and performance metrics across all plants.
• Lead risk assessments, prioritize inspections, and document failure modes and mitigations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Safety, and inspectors to plan inspections and PSV/ESD checks.
• Review findings and recommend repairs, replacements, or changes based on risk.
