Job summary

Producers Midstream Management LLC is seeking an Integrity Engineer to lead RBI and reliability initiatives across all facilities. You will develop inspection plans, coordinate PSV/ESD testing, and drive data-driven decisions to improve asset reliability.

You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Safety to ensure inspections are completed on schedule and RBI records are maintained. A strong background in mechanical integrity and risk-based planning is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of RBI, mechanical integrity, and reliability-centered maintenance.
• Experience with RBI for pressure equipment, piping, tanks, and PSV/ESD assets.
• Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance planning and reliability analysis.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMMS; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain RBI program for plant assets and equipment.
• Coordinate inspections, PSV testing, ESD checks, and maintenance activities.
• Review findings and recommend repairs or operational changes based on risk.
• Maintain RBI records, reports, and closure documentation.
• Lead or support root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Support planning for outages and major maintenance activities.
