Job summary

PBF Energy is seeking a Mechanical Integrity & Reliability Manager in Oregon, OH to lead inspections, RBI programs, and asset integrity initiatives. You will drive safety, reliability, and repair readiness while coaching a skilled team of engineers, inspectors, and maintenance staff.

The role requires deep expertise in mechanical integrity codes, RBI, and multidisciplinary collaboration to deliver reliable, cost-effective refinery operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Refining or Petrochemical
• Prior supervisory experience required
• Familiarity with process safety regulations and compliance strategies
• Knowledge of ASME/NBIC, API, ASTM, ANSI, and TEMA codes and standards
• Experience in Mechanical Integrity and RBI methodologies

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the refinery team toward industry best practices in mechanical integrity and reliability.
• Oversee inspection planning and RBI programs; ensure documentation is audit-ready.
• Manage asset integrity strategies and RBI-driven maintenance initiatives.
• Coach and develop Inspection Superintendent and Reliability Manager; participate in refinery leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with project engineering and maintenance planning to ensure reliable, cost-effective equipment and turnarounds.
