Job summary

Producers Midstream Management LLC seeks an Integrity Engineer to lead RBI program development and ongoing reliability initiatives across all Dallas-area facilities. You will work with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Safety, and field teams to ensure timely RBI inspections, PSV testing, ESD checks, and related reliability work.

The role focuses on using historical data, inspection findings, and risk information to improve asset availability, integrity, and safe plant performance long term.

Qualifications

• Experience with RBI/MI programs and asset integrity.
• Knowledge of pressure vessels, piping, tanks, and PSV testing.
• Familiar with API/ASME standards and reliability metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop RBI program for pressure equipment and tanks.
• Create systems, schedules, and records to manage RBI across plants.
• Plan inspections and set intervals; document risk and failure modes.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Safety, and inspectors.
• Review findings; recommend repairs and better maintenance actions.
• Maintain RBI records, reports, and related documentation.
• Develop reliability and maintenance strategies for plant equipment.
• Lead or support root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Monitor reliability indicators and communicate trends to teams.
• Support outages and major maintenance planning with scope.
• Provide technical support for repairs, design changes, and startups.
• Assist in budgeting for reliability and inspections.
• Engage in partnership safety programs and trainings.
